Step 1: Test yourself on how to use the product, the operations are guided in the “User manual” that comes with each product (if any).
Step 2: Please contact the customer service department to inform the status of the product. Here, the customer care staff will collect information and connect to the warranty department to solve the problems related to product defects for customers.
Step 3: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, if your product is purchased confirmed by the product warranty department that the product is technically defective, you will be resolved to change the product in accordance with the regulations of the company.
In our experience, more than half of the products returned due to technical reasons after being tested by the technical department are evaluated to be in perfect used condition.
