EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. General terms
You can make a free return payment within 7 days from the date of receipt for products ordered at Hao Phuong.
The process of exchanging or returning is done when the package is returned to Hao Phuong’s warehouse. We will take the next steps to check product quality and proceed with exchange/return or refund according to your request.
2. Conditions for exchanging and returning products
The product is intact, with no signs of use.
The product still has the original stamp, label and original accessories (unless the product is defective or damaged during the transportation process).
There must be a purchase invoice at Hao Phuong.
3. Place of application
For customers in Ho Chi Minh City area:
88 Vinh Phu 40,Hoa Long town , Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An, Binh Duong
For customers in Hanoi area:
95 TT4 – My Dinh Song Da Urban Area – My Dinh ward – Nam Tu Liem district – Hanoi
Business Hour : 8:30 am – 5:00p m from Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and holidays).
4. Cases of exchanging, returning and refunding
All items purchased from Hao Phuong can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt (unless otherwise stated). We only accept to exchange for original products with original conditions, must also have purchase invoices at Hao Phuong & products must be unused
Hao Phuong encourages customers to check the outside status of the container and product before payment to ensure that the goods are delivered in the correct type, quantity, color according to the order and the external condition. unaffected (breakage / scratching). If this is the case, please refuse to receive the goods and/or immediately report to customer service for us to have a timely solution. (Please note that further testing steps such as product testing can only be accepted after the order is paid in full).

After 48 hours from the day you receive the goods, Hao Phuong has the right to refuse support for complaints according to the above content.
When you have a problem with the product ordered at Hao Phuong, please take the following steps:
Step 1: Test yourself on how to use the product, the operations are guided in the “User manual” that comes with each product (if any).
Step 2: Please contact the customer service department to inform the status of the product. Here, the customer care staff will collect information and connect to the warranty department to solve the problems related to product defects for customers.
Step 3: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, if your product is purchased confirmed by the product warranty department that the product is technically defective, you will be resolved to change the product in accordance with the regulations of the company.
In our experience, more than half of the products returned due to technical reasons after being tested by the technical department are evaluated to be in perfect used condition. Therefore, to save time and convenience for customers, please read the user manual or contact the customer care department directly to make sure the product has been assembled, connected and operating correctly before sending goods back to Hao Phuong.
