Shipping and delivery policy

I. Scope of application

All customers that purchase products online at or those who come to see and buy products directly at the company and demand for direct delivery to their place.

II. Form of application and delivery time

1. For available products:

Hochiminh city, Hanoi capital and nearbyother areas in the country

Customers can visit directly at Hao Phuong warehouse or Hao Phuong will support the delivery of these orders if there is a delivery in the same direction. (Delivery time depends on other orders, ranging from 1 – 3 days)

** Delivery time depends on the time of order:

+ Ordering before 9 am: Orders will be delivered in the morning on the same day.

+ Ordering after 9 am to 2 pm: Orders will be delivered in the afternoon of the same day.

+ Ordering after 14h: Orders will be delivered to customers in the next morning

(While processing the order, it is inevitable that there would be some mistake occurred, you can call us immediately if you feel the delivery is delayed.)

*** Customers will be charged for an express delivery fee (1 day).

**** Hao Phuong will support the normal delivery fee (5-7 days)

2. For unavailable products:

Hao Phuong will place an order for items which are not available in the case:

+ Customers sign order confirmation

+ Customers pay 30% – 100% of the order value depending on the goods to order

III. Responsibility for shipping Products

+ The company will be responsible for products and risks such as loss or damage of products during the process of transporting products from our warehouse to you.

+ You are responsible for checking the products when receiving them. When detecting products that were damaged, scratched, broken, distorted, or wrong products, sign to confirm the status of products with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Service Department at the hotline of the Company.

+ After you have signed for the products without taking notes or comments on products. The company is not responsible for the request to change because of damage, scratches, breakage, distortion, wrong products,….

+ If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the products and risks such as loss or damage of products during the process of transporting them from the company’s warehouse to you. Customers will be responsible for freight and related costs.

IV. Other conditions

+ Free shipping policy does not apply to products purchased in the Golden Hour promotions, Shock Prices …

+ Tolls, travel fees or apartment parking fees paid by customers.

+ The company only delivers products to the right people that customers have registered when buying them. In the course of delivery, if there is an unclear change of recipient, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and ask the customer to receive the products at the sale location of the company.

+ If the delivery address is not clear, located in the corner, or in dangerous places, the hilly areas, difficult means of transportation, we have the right to refuse shipping and delivery direct.

+ In case of force majeure, due to natural disasters, failures of ferries or bridges …, we are not responsible for compensating for any damage arising from improper delivery or delivery of goods to the destination as agreed with the customer.

+ In case we have shipped the goods to the place of delivery as agreed at the time of purchase, but for some reason, the customer requested to return the goods, then the customer must bear the shipping costs as prescribed by the company.

+ For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported to the floor without elevator, customers are requested to assist in delivery.

+ On special days or Festive days due to limited general traffic policy (road prohibition for some vehicles …) delivery time may change, We will call you to a unified delivery time.
