Warranty Policy

  1. Free warranty conditions

The products which are warranted for free when ensuring the following conditions:

+ The products which still have warranty period and warranty registration (from the date stated in the invoice of purchase documents).

+ The product is damaged by components in the machine or by the manufacturer.

+ Hao Phuong’s warranty stamp must be available on the product.

+ The serial number and stamp on the product must be intact, not torn or lost

2. Conditions of warranty that are chargeable

Products that are not warranted for free:

+ The product has passed the free warranty period.

+ Using incorrectly according to the instruction manual, using the wrong voltage causing damage to the product

+ The warranty stamp on the product is torn, broken, overlapped or modified.

+ Products damaged by external impacts such as falling, breaking, bumping, scratching, distorted, rusted, watery or fire, natural disasters, invasive insects.

+ Case and accessories such as power cord, signal wire, line adapter, remote control, control battery, fan on the device, or equipment damaged by a broken fan causing an explosion

+ Free soft products included with the machine.

+ Products have signs of repair before being brought to Hao Phuong company

+ Cleaning the machine.

3. Products and warranty period.

The warranty period is 12 months from delivery.

Maintaining and repairing time depends on the agreement between Hao Phuong and the customer.

4. Location of warranty and maintenance

For warranty service, you can bring your device to the address:
